DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
DDP is our most comprehensive service. Under DDP terms (Incoterms® 2020), we take full responsibility for your shipment from origin to destination door — including all freight, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties. Your buyer receives the goods and pays nothing on arrival.
This is the service of choice for e-commerce sellers, direct-to-consumer brands, and businesses supplying retail chains in Malaysia and across ASEAN.

- Export packing, labeling, and documentation
- Export customs declaration from Vietnam
